The focus of the course is the exploration of Mayan ruins, ecological preserves, and important cities of the Yucatan Peninsula. The 18 day study tour is offered during winter break. In addition there are on campus orientation sessions fall semester and final group presentations spring semester. The estimated cost for airfare, local travel and housing is $2500 for students and $3000 for non-students. Payment schedule is as follows: $25 at time of registration, $1000 by September 15, and the remaining balance by November 1.
